Bank of South Pacific’s E-Ticket Partnership Takes Flight

The Bank of South Pacific has launched an e-ticket mobile banking partnership with the national airline of Papua New Guinea (Air Niugini) and Software Group is the proud technology solution provider that made it all possible. The project makes the purchasing of an e-ticket using mobile banking very convenient and user friendly. 

This new service means that customers can make bookings via the airline’s website, call center or sales office, obtain a booking reference and then purchase the ticket via BSP Mobile Banking – all without spending time visiting a sales office or waiting in line. It’s win-win for everyone: the bank and airline improve their offering, and customers get better and more convenient service.
