Conditions and Referral Form
WHO
All full-time senior positions are bonus eligible excluding contract positions.
TIME VALIDITY
Referrals are in effect for a period of 12 months.
LIMITATION
Referrals cannot be made retroactively.
TWO REFERRALS OF ONE PERSON
In the event that two people refer the same individual, the earlier referral will be deemed eligible for the referral bonus.
CONTACT DETAILS
You must have the consent of the individual to refer them and be able to provide their contact details.
JOB OPENINGS
Referrals should be made against specific current openings.
QUALIFICATIONS
All referrals should meet the minimum qualification described in the respective job offering.
RESTRICTION
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit for a given position or over a given period of time.
