Kalin brings more than 25 years of professional experience in IT, over 20 of which in financial inclusion, banking and microfinance. He has extensive international experience leading strategic projects in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. His expertise has been crucial for carrying out more than 100 projects around the globe, focused on developing IT strategies and designing solutions that accelerate financial inclusion and enhance efficiency. Kalin is Chairman of the Indian-Bulgarian Business Chamber and co-Chairman of Endeavor Bulgaria.

Dennis Pintamalli, Chief Commercial Officer 

Dennis brings a wealth of experience and expertise in fintech and technology, making him an invaluable part of our leadership team. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Dennis has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive strategic growth and innovation in various roles across the globe. His leadership has played a pivotal role in the development of multiple financial sector businesses across payments, open banking-enabled services, and real-time transactions. His extensive experience in strategy development, management, sales, marketing, and growth expansion has consistently driven sustained success throughout his career.

Geraldine O’Keeffe, Chief Innovation Officer 

Geraldine is passionate about financial inclusion and is inspired to help institutions leverage technology to achieve efficiency, scale and increase outreach. In the last 20 years, Geraldine has completed numerous consultancy assignments and hundreds of successful software implementation projects accelerating digital transformation for a range of different financial service providers (FSPs). As Chief Innovation Officer at Software Group, Geraldine stays in touch with the market at all times to identify FSPs’ needs, advise them on their digital strategy, and help build new products and solutions.

Borislav Borisov, Chief Financial Officer 

Borislav is a seasoned financial management and accounting professional with extensive experience in Europe and South Asia. His notable achievements include transforming Albania's largest telecom company and leading a €100 million optimization program during a merger and acquisition. Borislav's pioneering work also comprises formulating the business model of a successful financial services start-up, while combining telecom and banking for the first time in Bulgaria. In addition, he is the creator of the country's first behavioral scoring propensity model for evaluating credit risk. Borislav holds an Executive MBA and a Master's in Finance, Accounting & Control, along with certifications from CAT, ACCA, London Business School, and INSEAD.

Dilyan Vasilev, Chief Technology Officer 

Dilyan is an IT professional with more than 10 years of experience in the areas of software development, engineering and implementation. He’s been driving and providing leadership in building a successful engineering organization, ensuring the effective technical delivery of company’s products and projects, while also defining an outstanding customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. During his tenure, Dilyan has led multicultural and multi-functional teams across four continents. As Software Group’s CTO, he is responsible for defining the technology strategy that scale up the company’s presence and impact.

Connor Hanan, Chief Operations Officer 

Connor Hanan is the Chief Operations Officer at Software Group where he oversees the company operations globally.  He brings over 12 years of experience with financial service providers, client-focused product design, and market analysis and has helped establish operations, small businesses and partnerships across 35 markets in Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to this role, Connor was Software Group’s CEO for Africa and the Middle East, looking after the company’s regional operations and sales as well as managing the Kenya, Ghana and Egypt teams of nearly 100 employees. Before Software Group, he has held senior positions in Investor/Client Relations and Program/Project management, and served as a Director of operations with a specific focus on strategic organizational development. 

Elka Atanasova, Chief People Officer

Elka brings her dynamic and innovative approach to shape the future of the organization's HR function. Her impressive experience spans 23 years in diverse global HR roles across R&D engineering, FMCG, online entertainment, and more. In addition to her extensive professional background, Elka holds the esteemed Chartered CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) membership for her continuous dedication to excellence. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a passionate educational activist and a board member of the Society for Informal Education, committed to making a positive impact in the world.

Tunde Oladele, CEO of SG NewTech

Tunde Oladele is a seasoned IT professional and entrepreneur with vast experience in core banking system deployment, digital transformation, and project management. His major expertise is in solutions addressing needs in areas such as Inclusive Banking, Core Banking, Credit Risk Management, Digital Banking, and Fraud mitigation. Tunde has lead diverse teams and businesses in emerging economies on the path to digital transformation. His experience also includes managing tech companies in their strategy to deliver IT solutions for banks worldwide. As a Head of the African region and the global microfinance business for an international conglomerate, Tunde collaborated with banks and microfinance institutions in emerging markets to deploy and adapt relevant technology solutions to meet the needs of an ever-changing market. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos and participated in Advanced Management Programme from EISE Barcelona.
