BNCTL goes live with Software Group’s Internet Banking Solution

10 Dec, 2020
Banco Nacional de Comércio de Timor-Leste (BNCTL), the only state-owned bank in Timor-Leste, launched Software Group's Internet Banking Solution, to offer customers convenient, efficient, and affordable banking services.

The technology will help BNCTL increase the self-service capabilities offered to their customers, supporting the social distancing call during the pandemics. By enabling easy, convenient, and secure 24/7 access to banking services, the new Internet Banking channel will significantly enhance the customer experience and will further improve branch productivity by reducing front-desk customer operations.

BNCTL organized a formal event to celebrate the go-live, with speeches by the Finance minister and the Governor of the country and a live band performance.
