Generali Insurance offers new functionalities in the customer portal My Generali

Generali Insurance AD, one of the leading insurance companies in Bulgaria, releases new functionalities in its online client portal My Generali, which was launched earlier this year in partnership with technology company Software Group.

In addition to the current functionalities of the platform – renewal of policies and payment of forthcoming installments – it will now be possible to conclude new insurance policies for Household, Travel assistance abroad and Civil liability, entirely online. The portal is now also available to new clients.

"My Office" functionality is also added, through which customers will be able to quickly and easily contact the their office for assistance.

The implementation of the new functionalities is another step towards digitalization of the services offered by the Company and the strategy to be a Lifetime Partner for its customers. In order to be in line with this plan and to meet the needs of each potential customer, the platform is now available for brand new customers, ensuring that everyone can take advantage of My Generali, anywhere, anytime.

The online portal is based on the digital platform My Generali. Developed by Software Group, offering new customer service channels to Generali Insurance’s clients and an improved customer experience.
