Software Group Among the Top IT Companies in Bulgaria in a Reputable Ranking by Economedia Group

Software Group was yet again among the leading tech companies in Bulgaria in the annual ranking DIGITALK 101 for 2022 previously known as ICT TOP 100. The company was placed in six categories based on its financial performance and growth indicators in different areas of IT for the previous year.

The most prominent recognition included us being ranked No2 in ‘’Top Software Package Providers 2021’’.  

Another ranking placed the company No12 in ‘’Top System Integrators by revenue 2021’’, proving leadership in the implementation of complex projects. 

Software Group was also listed in ‘’Top 50 companies by annual growth’’  and ‘’Top 50 fastest growing companies by CAGR ’’ as well as in the ‘’Top 50 IT exporters by revenue 2021’’ .

When it comes to the main ranking by revenue, the company moved up one position since last year to the 35th place in ‘’Top 113 companies by revenue 2021’’.

Despite the pandemic, Software Group reported annual growth in both revenue and staff.

 "We had a lot of new deals and increased our market share in countries with an established presence such as Western Africa, Southeast Europe, Southeast Asia. We also entered new markets like New Zealand ( created the first local mobile wallet there), Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and made a deal with one of the fastest growing companies and a unicorn in Nigeria," said Kalin Radev, CEO of Software Group.

Software Group was mentioned for investing in intensive internal training to increase the qualifications of its employees in areas such as software development, sales, business development, quality assurance, business analysis, etc, with a particular focus on growing and developing leaders within the company.

DIGITALK 101 is the successor of the long-standing ranking "Top 100 ICT companies in Bulgaria", which since 1999 has been monitoring the development of technological companies in the country. It is a project of  the leading Bulgarian media house Economedia. This year marks the 26th edition of the publication.
