Software Group is a partner of Endeavor’s second class of “Dare to Scale” growth program

Software Group is among the main partners of this year’s “Dare to Scale” Growth program, organized by Endeavor Bulgaria, an organization supporting the local entrepreneurs, a part of the global Endeavor network.
The second class of the accelerator, aimed at nurturing Bulgarian scale-ups in their quest to become globally competitive, and growth-oriented businesses, was officially launched on September 10th, with 12 selected companies. All of the participants were shortlisted based on pre-selection criteria, such as up to 150 full-time employees and annual sales of min €100 K for 2019.
The program was held in the period October-December 2020, and this year the main focus was on developing business opportunities in crisis market conditions. The curriculum included 6 workshops, divided into 4 modules (Marketing, Sales, Finance, and HR), individual mentoring sessions, and networking events.
Software Group’s CEO Kalin Radev, who is also a Member of the Board of Endeavor Bulgaria and an active supporter of “Dare to Scale”, greeted the participants during the official launch of the program, at Sofia Tech Park, and wished them a successful completion.
During the program, he contributed his time again for mentorship and led a workshop on the topic of “Organization and Culture” with the selected companies, sharing valuable business insights on how to reach a global scale.
In November, "Dare to Scale" was recognized for the second year in a row as the best Accelerator/Incubator at the CESAwards Bulgaria 2020.
Since its launch in 2015, Endeavor Bulgaria has selected 26 entrepreneurs, leading 16 companies in multiple industries: Retail, Technology, Energy, FMCG, Healthcare, etc. Up to date, the local office of the organization has screened 800+ companies and enlisted the support of 30+ experienced mentors who provided rich expertise in a variety of industries.
