Software Group’s COO Lucija Popovska ranked in Top 25 Women Leaders in Software of Europe

The ranking aims to find exceptional women who have contributed to the advancement of the software industry and who act as a role model in their sectors for fellow women colleagues to aim high and work hard.
Hundreds of women were nominated for this year’s ranking. Each nominee was evaluated based on breadth of experience, professional milestones achieved, contributions to her organization, and, most importantly, impact towards promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Lucija was recognized for her 15+ years of experience as an international development management professional, working on managing operations roles across Europe, Central Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
In her current position at Software Group, she is responsible for development and implementation, software quality assurance, systems implementation and support, IT operations, global operations, and project management.
Lucjia's experience in development management and multi-stakeholder relations spans non-profits, government agencies, corporations, and financial institutions.
